Mousse, Eurovetrocap’s foamer line, is expanding with new sizes and a dedicated accessory for powder products: the new Sand cap.
This extension makes the range even more versatile and comprehensive, giving brands new design possibilities within a consistent, clean and contemporary aesthetic.
The evolution of the Mousse line
Designed to combine performance and elegance, Mousse stands out for its effective, high-quality dispensing system. The pump has been developed to generate a soft, compact foam, making it ideal for skincare, haircare and personal care products.
Two new HDPE sizes have now been added to the existing range:
- 50 ml, white or natural, also available with a soft-touch effect
- 100 ml, white or natural, also available with a soft-touch effect
: These new options join the items already available in the range:
- 100 ml in clear glass or vernished with a frosted effect
- 150 ml in white or natural HDPE, also available with a soft-touch effect
- 200 ml in white or natural HDPE, also available with a soft-touch effect
The line has therefore been expanded to meet increasingly diverse requirements and to enable the creation of a complete, coordinated family of Mousse foamers.
All bottles can be produced on request using recycled material and are fully customizable, allowing them to be tailored to the brand identity of each project.
Sand cap, the solution designed for powders
Completing the extension of the range is Sand, the new cap developed for Mousse bottles with a 40 SP neck finish.
Made from mono-material PP in a single-piece design, Sand has been developed to ensure functionality, ease of use and design consistency.
It is compatible exclusively with 100, 150 and 200 ml Mousse bottles made of plastic (HDPE) or glass.
Its surface features a distribution of micro-holes, making it ideal for dispensing cosmetic powders. At the same time, it provides an airtight closure, protecting the contents and preserving their properties.
From an aesthetic perspective, Sand features:
- an embossed outer finish
- a glossy inner surface
- customizable colour (MOQ: 20,000 pieces)
As an indication, the bottle sizes can hold approximately:
- 100 ml ≈ 50 g of powder
- 150 ml ≈ 70 g of powder
- 200 ml ≈ 90 g of powder
An ideal solution for body powders, cosmetic talcs, hair powders or powdered skincare formulations.
