Who we are looking ror
For our Customer Care Team, we are looking for a candidate who will have the opportunity to support us in developing customer relationships in the international cosmetic packaging and perfumery sectors.
Purpose of the position:

Develop and manage ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction

Enter sales orders through corporate IT systems

Follow up on order management through to shipment

Collaborate with colleagues across all functions

Operate in compliance with received directives, company policies, and procedures

Excellent command of the French language

Work location and hours
The company headquarters are located at Via Mario Pagano 59, Trezzano sul Naviglio. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour break.
