We are pleased to announce the publication of our fourth Sustainability Report, a document that clearly and transparently illustrates the progress made in 2024 in the environmental, social and economic spheres, as well as the path we are pursuing toward an increasingly responsible and innovative business model.
In 2024, we reached a production value of almost 70 million euros, with sales in 88 markets and a direct commercial presence in 4 countries. These are significant figures that confirm solid growth – growth that is above all consistent with our values and with the commitment we put into our work every day.
Innovation continues to be a key driver of our development. We strengthened research in eco-design, the core of our Zero In•Pack laboratory, where lighter, less impactful solutions with a clear and transparent environmental footprint take shape. Among the most relevant initiatives is the Monomaterial Airless project, developed in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Milan, which involved students and professionals in a research journey focused on reducing the environmental impact of cosmetic products.
Alongside product development, our efforts to reduce the environmental impacts connected to operational activities continue. In 2024, we used electricity exclusively from renewable sources and improved consumption efficiency thanks to structural upgrades and monitoring systems. The output of our photovoltaic systems, combined with the purchase of green energy, allowed us to avoid over 100 tons of CO₂, while we continue to work with logistics partners to also reduce indirect emissions.
But sustainability, for us, is not only environmental. We firmly believe that a sustainable company is built above all on the well-being of the people who make it possible every day. In 2024, we invested in strengthening HR policies, training, and employee well-being, achieving compliance with the UNI ISO 45001:2023 requirements for the occupational health and safety management system across all Group companies.
Our supply chain is also evolving with a responsible approach. We intensified monitoring activities, updated the Supplier Code of Conduct, and introduced more structured tools to transparently evaluate the socio-environmental performance of our strategic partners.
Lastly, among the certifications and acknowledgements obtained, we highlight:
- the achievement of the ISCC PLUS certification, which ensures the traceability of recycled materials according to the “mass balance” principle
- the EcoVadis Bronze rating, which positions us in the 82nd percentile among over 130,000 companies assessed globally
