Who we are looking for
We are looking for a junior candidate to join our Italian Shipping Office as an intern. The candidate will work alongside the Shipping team and will have the opportunity to learn about and support the main operational and administrative activities related to shipping management, coordination with carriers and the warehouse, document management, and delivery tracking. This internship will allow the candidate to gradually develop skills in logistics and transport, gaining progressive independence in managing domestic shipments and handling relationships with key process stakeholders.
- High school diploma in economics, management, logistics, or a related field
- Good knowledge of MS Office, with particular focus on Excel
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Interest in the logistics and transport sector
- Accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for teamwork
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn
- Ability to use IT tools and learn new ERP/management software
Prior experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, or administration is preferred, but not mandatory.
